Located in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities and maintained by Ramsey County, this trail follows wetlands along Rice Creek. Although much of the trail is situated near Interstate 35W, the scenery is so beautiful you will forget about the roadway noise. With an off leash dog park by the northern part of the trail, this is an excellent place for a weeknight walk or a Saturday stroll. The trail is currently pretty short, but there are plans to extend the trail to connect to a wider trail network.
