Park Information

Directly in the center of the Twin Cities, this park at the confluence of the Minnesota and Mississippi Rivers contains the historic fort originally built in 1820. Easily accessed via the excellent bike trails in Minneapolis and St. Paul, this is an ideal day trip to enjoy a beautiful day outside. For a fee, you can view the inside of the fort and learn more about the area's history.
