Park Information

Known by skiers and snowboarders for being one of the closest slopes to the Twin Cities, this Three Rivers Park District operated park in Bloomington hosts numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation in addition to the ski hill. Play a round of disc golf or a game of volleyball or take your kids and enjoy lunch at a table in the massive picnic area while they play in the giant playground. Camping is limited to one group campsite.

With 18 miles of hiking trails, there are plenty of options for all skill levels. Head to the Richardson Nature Center for easier, family friendly hikes. For a slightly longer trip, circle Hyland Lake for nice waterfront views. For a real challenge, you can create a loop that encompasses nearly two thirds of the park.
